What gives me joy

Movement is a big passion of my life.

As a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified teacher, I find fulfillment in guiding others on their journey to physical and mental well-being. My love for movement extends beyond the yoga mat – In the past I've been instructing diverse fitness classes (e.g. High Intensity Intervall Training, Bodyweight Training), helping people discover the joy of a healthy, active lifestyle.

My movement journey spans various disciplines, with a core of about 12 years as a active breakdancer teaching and performing on a national and international level. This foundation, combined with a passion for acrobatics, has shaped my understanding of rhythm, balance, and self-expression.
